In April 2004, Watchcat Sammy's eyes conveyed to Watchcat Headquarters, "Look, Watchcat Rosie and I know what we're doing. We're professional watchcats, and we know what this job requires." Watchcat Headquarters backed off after picking up on this and gave Watchcats Sammy and Rosie greater autonomy:
