Watchcat protocol MMDXXV

This was a slightly unconventional configuration for two watchcats and a watchmouse, but it worked on June 9, 2021:

Thanks to the efforts of Proxy Nemo, Watchcat Lily, and their watchmouse, there were no security disturbances in their assigned sector.
