In May 2004, Watchcat Headquarters assigned Watchcat Sammy to monitor his assigned sector and Watchcat Rosie to monitor Watchcat Sammy:

I didn't understand the reasoning behind Rosie's assignment, but Watchcat Headquarters assured me it was a sensible arrangement.
