"Indubitably," to me, is one of the clunkiest-sounding words. The only context in which it sounds melodic and perfectly placed is at the end of the Schoolhouse Rock tune, "Lolly, Lolly, Lolly, Get Your Adverbs Here."
Otherwise, it's best to just stick with "certainly" or "without a doubt."
