Watchcat protocol DCXXI

Watchcats have a lot of quiet time during guard duty; most of the time, nothing unusual or menacing is going on.  That doesn't stop them from being vigilant, however:

October 2010: Watchcats Sammy and Rosie stay sharp-eyed during watchcat duty, despite the lack of suspicious activity.
